Promptroom is a personal prompt library operated by Matt Sessions / Useful Things. This policy explains what information is collected when you use Promptroom and how it is used.
Information We Collect
When you sign in, Promptroom receives your email address and basic profile information from the authentication provider you choose, such as Google. Promptroom also stores the prompts, descriptions, categories, collections, and thumbnail images you add to your library.
How We Use Information
Your information is used to sign you in, save your prompt library, sync your data between devices, and operate the Promptroom service. We do not sell your personal information.
Authentication and Storage
Promptroom uses Supabase for authentication and server-side profile sessions. Google sign-in is used only to verify your identity and connect your account to your Promptroom profile.
Data You Add
Prompts, collections, categories, and uploaded thumbnail images are stored so they can be shown in your account. You should not add confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data to prompts unless you are comfortable storing it in Promptroom.
