Promptroom Support

Help for sign-in, prompt libraries, public profiles, uploaded images, and creator pages.

Account and Sign-In

Promptroom uses email sign-in and Google sign-in. If your private library does not appear, return to the app, sign out, then sign back in with the same email address you used when saving your prompts.

Public Profiles

Public profiles only show prompts you have marked public. Private prompts stay inside your library. Use the account menu to edit your public profile image, description, and portfolio site.

Images and Uploads

Reference images are compressed for fast browsing. If an image does not appear, edit the prompt and add the image again, or use a direct image URL you control.

Copyright or Rights Questions

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. For ownership, takedown, or attribution questions, contact Useful Things through the contact page.
